Cases del Delta

Once the acceptance of the “Pre-booking” by the accommodation, the customer will have 48 hours to make the payment of the advance payment of the reservation which will be 100€ in short stays of two to three nights or 20% of the total in stays of more than three nights. Payment will be made by transfer to the current account provided, indicating name and days of stay, can also be paid by Bizum. After this period, in the case of not having received the payment, the accommodation reserves the right to propose the accommodation to other potential clients. Upon receipt of the transfer, we will send you the booking confirmation. The reservation is not made until the owner has received the transfer and you have received confirmation of the reservation. The cost of the bank transfer, if any, is on the client’s account, and can never be deducted from the rental cost.

The rest of the amount of the stay will be paid by transfer (or Bizum) six days before arrival at the house.

In the event of cancellation of a reservation before the date of arrival at the establishment, a series of cancellation fees will be applied depending on the advance notice with which the reservation is cancelled. The intervals and percentages of penalty applied, in stays of 2 or less days, and will be applied to the amount given as a reservation, are as follows:

• If the cancellation occurs up to 30 days before arrival, Cases del Delta will refund 100% of the deposit.
• The cancellation of the reservation during the 30 days prior to the date of occupation of the accommodation will mean the loss of 100% of the amount paid on account, which will be available to the owner of the accommodation.

In case of abandonment of the establishment with anticipation to the time agreed between the two parts, it will be charged the total of the time agreed for the stay. The deposit (150€) will be returned once it has been verified that everything is correct, by bank transfer.

The entry time to the establishment will be from 16h. If, for any reason, you plan to arrive before or after this time, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you at the desired time. The client has the obligation to pay at the time of the presentation of the invoice the price of the stay, in no case, the fact of presenting a claim exempts him from this payment.

Departure will be before 12 noon. Please request a later departure, if needed, before your arrival and we will do our best to meet the demand.

The minimum stay in the house is two nights throughout the year, except in the following periods. The maximum stay is set at 15 nights.

August. Minimum stay 6 days
Easter. Minimum stay 4 days
Bridges: Minimum stay based on dates.

The customer must inform the address of the number of people included in the reservation. Only the number of persons indicated in the booking confirmation is entitled to occupy the accommodation and facilities. You must also inform the management if you have a friend or family member who comes only to spend the day. In case of any breach of the above obligations, the owner at his own discretion has the right to ask the client to vacate the establishment and the client will not be entitled to any compensation. It is obligatory, by law, to register all persons accommodated and send it telematically to the General Direction of Mossos. (Article 5.2 of Decree 164/2010). The compulsory data for registration are: full name, date of birth, ID number, date of arrival and departure, nationality.

Pets are not allowed in any of the houses.

The establishment is not responsible for any loss, damage, cancellation or any additional expense suffered by the customer, or any cause beyond the control of the owner. The establishment is not responsible for the loss or forgetfulness of objects; however, if at the time of cleaning is found any object in the establishment, the owner will have no problem sending it to the address provided mid shipment to cash on delivery. Smoking is not allowed inside the houses, nor is it allowed to remove utensils, bedding, blankets, etc. from the establishment. Bath towels are for this use, in no case be used as beach towels or swimming pool. In case of any damage should be reported to the management and always before leaving the establishment, to avoid misunderstandings. The client will have to pay the cost of the damage. At the end of the stay the house must be collected, both in terms of facilities and furniture (tables, chairs, deckchairs, sofas, etc ….), in the rooms (undone beds) in the toilets (towels used on the floor), etc …. Although the final cleaning is included in the price of the stay, the house must be left in good hygienic conditions, if not, the management can ask customers to pay € 50 as a cleaning supplement.

The accommodation will be grateful for any suggestion that you may offer us in order to make future stays more pleasant. Our main objective is that the client has a good experience of their stay in thhe accommodations of Cases del Delta.
